An unhurried call or in-person meeting with our atelier — the family, the story, the must-haves, the won't-haves. We listen first, write later.

Proposal
A bespoke proposal — venue, design direction, menus, entertainment, schedule, and a clear investment summary. Revised together until it feels right.
IV
Orchestration
The atelier takes over: vendors briefed, samples tasted, run-sheets written, rehearsals run. You are kept close, but not asked to carry weight.
V
The Day
On the day, a single concierge is yours. Everything else — the floor, the kitchens, the music, the guests — is held by the team behind them.
